About the Antigua villages tour
Where will you go?
The Antigua villages tour will take you to San Juan del Obispo, famous for its local made (fruit) wine and chocolate. Continue the trip to for a visit to a macadamia farm, where you can see ecological and sustainable agriculture in practice. The final stop will be San Antonio Aguas calientes, famous for it’s weaving cooperatives.
Upon return to Antigua you will go for lunch at a local families house. To make this a truly local experience, a local family will cook a delicious local dish which you will eat together with the family.
Our bilingual guide can tell you everything about the local customs, history and culture of Guatemala. But sitting down to eat with a local gives you a unique chance to learn about the everyday lives of the Guatemalans.
Minimum 2 people. Price depends on the number of travelers:
- 2 pax: $100 usd pp
- 3 pax and over: $75 pp
The price includes the lunch.
